ADO (A Development Org) is a collective impact and outcome-based organization designing equity infrastructure through designing what is needed in communities to decrease inequities, share mutual aid needs, educate on effective altruism, support community access, share resources, and share local + powerful stories. What does “equity” mean to ADO?

Equity means fairness in access, opportunity, and outcomes: especially for those historically excluded. At ADO, we use design, data, and collective voice to ensure systems work for everyone, not just a few.
