ADO Foundation is a community innovation + economic development nonprofit focused on building equitable systems from the ground up. We work alongside residents, creatives, youth, and local partners to co-design programs and shared infrastructure that address root causes of inequity across education, workforce development, civic engagement, arts & culture, access, and mobility.

Our work centers listening as a practice and equity as an operating system, ensuring that community voice directly informs how resources are built, deployed, and sustained. Through place-based pilots, capacity-building partnerships, and scalable models, ADO Foundation translates insight into action while strengthening local ecosystems.
